Refund and Return Policy

Please read the following statement before using any information on the Website. Use of this Website constitutes your acceptance of the refund and return policy below. 


·  "We", "us", "our", or "the Company" all refer to Leap Forward Publishing, LLC.

·   "You" or "your" refers to any person who reads or accepts the Terms, whether acting in their personal capacity or on behalf of a business, nonprofit, or social enterprise.

·   "Client" or "Customer" refers to any person or entity with whom we have formed a business relationship.

·    "Website" refers to

     "Price" refers to prices of physical and digital products such as books, digital downloads and merchandise

     "Fees"-Fees for each service are found on under the “Services” tab of the Website’s main menu.  

     "Services" refers to self-publishing coaching, publishing and marketing services.

     "Products" refers to books and promotional merchandise such as clothing apparel, pillows, blankets, cups, etc.

     "Digital Products" refers to digital downloads such as lesson plans and sample agreements

     "Agreement" refers to the agreement of services entered into by Client and Company for Services



The Company stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your purchase. We strive to provide outstanding customer service to all of our customers. 

We understand that mistakes do happen, so in cases where the incorrect product was received, we will gladly accept return of the wrong item (products only) and will promptly send you the correct item that was ordered.

Qualified returns of Products must be returned in their original, unused/undamaged condition within 30 days of your shipment confirmation date. Items must be unused in their original package. 

Outside of the terms listed above, all sales are FINAL. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.  All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us at

Once you have clicked on the “complete order” button, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us via email as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

The sale of all Digital Products are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.



All paid Consultation Services are refundable up to 24 hours of the confirmed meeting time. Please contact at least 24 hours before your meeting time to cancel your consultation.

All Services begin once payment is received and an agreement is signed by both the Client and Company. At any time, upon one (1) days’ written notice, Client or Company can terminate the Agreement for Services. Should Client or Company terminate the relationship prior to the total completion of services, the Company will retain a portion of the Fee commensurate with the total services provided at the time of termination up to the total fee paid. Said fee will be based on a la cart fees as stated in your agreement.
